First Annual Spring Festival at Dougherty Orchards & Winery

Spring magic has arrived at Dougherty Orchards & Winery!


Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the first Annual Spring Festival. This special event is more than just a celebration of spring; it's a tribute to former owner Joan Dougherty, honoring her love for flowers on the 22nd anniversary of her passing.


A Day in Blooms and Orchard Activities


Stroll through the rows of tulips and enjoy the butterflies in the gardens. Guests are invited to walk through our gardens and even pick their own bouquet of tulips (subject to change due to bloom timing!), creating a beautiful keepsake of the day.


Shop for spring-inspired products from local artisans—the festival will be full of seasonal delights. Add in a visit to the winery and you’ve got a full day at Dougherty Orchards and Winery. (Our Petting Farm might be open, too!)


Spring Fest Highlights


This year’s event includes two popular food trucks: Just Smokin and Ky’s Kreations. These vendors join with the Dougherty food counter to offer a variety of delicious options. 


Enjoy live bluegrass music from Scott Ross from 12 to 2 p.m., which adds to the festive atmosphere. With 35 vendors, there’s something for everyone, whether you’re looking for handmade goods, unique gifts, or a little inspiration.
